The DGA506Z delivers an excellent & impressive performance through its powerful brushless motor with an impressive 8,500rpm no load speed and its intuitive Automatic Torque Drive (ADT) which increases torque and adjusts speed to power through any cut.

Features include soft start, kickback detection, an electronic brake which cuts off the motor if the disc suddenly slows or is forced to stop.

Additional safety features are the anti-restart function, which prevents the motor from starting if a charged battery is inserted while the unit is switched on, and the electronic current limiter protects the motor from potential overload.

The DGA506Z has XPT technology which protects against dust and moisture and its wire mesh covers are designed to prevent debris from entering the motor.

The Makita DGA506Z provides cordless convenience for grinding and cutting applications, with side switch and soft grip handle which enhances user comfort, as well as ensuring better control and ease of use.
