The Makita DGA900PT2 18V /36V Li-ion Cordless Brushless Angle Grinder 230mm / 9" is supplied with 2 x 18V batteries working in unison to give the equivalent power of a 36V cordless brushless machine.

The DGA900Z from Makita comes with Active Feedback Sensing Technology (ATF), which adapts the cutting speed to suit load conditions as well as Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT), which shuts down the grinder if the rotation speed suddenly slows down.

Both ATF & ADT technology lead to increased user safety and more efficient when operating for prolonged periods of time.

Features include soft start, electric brake, anti-restart function, battery indicators for over discharge and overheating protection.

The brushless motor requires less maintenance after prolonged use in comparison to other conventional style motors producing a powerful & very impressive performance.

The design features an ergonomic rubber handle for reduced vibration and greater control + at the rear of the machine there are guards to protect where the batteries are housed.
