The Makita 40V Max XGT range is designed for high demand industrial use, complementing the LXT System, focusing on durability and performance.

Makita XGT tools require 40V Max XGT Lithium-Ion batteries and are Not compatible with LXT tools and batteries.

The XGT battery is more robust, with enhanced impact and water resistance, and offers unique features not found in LXT batteries, including smart charging communication.

Enhanced control is provided by the paddle switch on the Makita GA012GZ01 grinder, while safety is assured through an electronic brake, battery overload protection, and Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT), all of which contribute to immediate stoppage under abnormal conditions and extend the tool's lifespan.

For convenience, Makita GA012GZ01 cordless angle grinder includes a toolless wheel cover for quick adjustments and an electric brake for swift stops to improve productivity. The brushless motor ensures cooler operation, increased power and longevity. 

Ergonomic design with a soft grip and a side grip, which can be attached to either side ensures user comfort.

The anti-restart function prevents accidental startups and XPT technology enhances durability against dust and water.

Supplied Body Only in a Makpac Case Type 4 Model 821552-6 which offers an efficient storage and transport solution with dimensions of 395 x 295 x 320 mm. This robust case is designed to keep tools secure and easily portable.
