The Makita 191K01-6 40V XGT 4.0Ah Battery and Charger Kit consists of 2 x BL4040 4.0 ah batteries and a DC40RA 240v charger in the 821549-5 Makpac type 1 case.

The Makita 40V Max XGT range is designed for high demand industrial use, focusing on durability and performance. The XGT battery is more robust, with enhanced impact and water resistance, and offers unique features not found in LXT batteries, including smart charging communication.

XGT tools require 40V XGT Lithium-Ion batteries and are Not compatible with 18V LXT cordless tools and batteries.

This handy power source pack is perfect for use with Makita XGT cordless tools making it simple to swap out empty batteries and charge your tools while on the go.

The DC40RA rapid charger for XGT 40v batteries achieves a fast charging rate thanks to the cooling fans that keep the battery and charger circuit at the optimal temperature throughout the charging process.

The voltage, current and temperature are optimised for charging allowing a battery to fully charge in 28 - 45 minutes, depending on the battery’s capacity.

The BL4040 is a 4.0ah Li-ion battery designed to power XGT 40V Max Makita tools. This power source kit comes with two batteries to ensure you can always have a spare on hand.

The batteries and charger come with the handy Makita 821549-5 Makpac travel case, this durable plastic case stores all the equipment safely and securely protecting them from damage and loss.
