The visors large size allows for uncompromised view the environment so workers can always be aware of their surroundings and avoid potential hazards.
A large gold coated visor which is compatible with the Z-Link Radiant Heat Respirator is available separately, it completes this heat resistant setup by reflecting heat away from the face to keep temperature in a comfortable range.
Manufactured from flame resistant and reflective materials that protect against sparks and splashes from molten materials.
The Z-link Radiant Heat Respirator provides 1000 APF and eye protection. This respirator protects users from 1,648 when using the optional gold radiant heat lens.
Recommended to use with PAPR PX5 FR for extra security around heat and flammable equipment.
The GVS Z-Link Radiant Heat Respirator Headtop is designed to deflected heat away from you for more comfortable working conditions.
Air is continuously circulating throughout the headtop by transferring fresh air to you and helping stave off exhaustion from sustained long periods of work in tough environments.
The GVS Z-Link is certified to EN 12941 1998 +A2:2008 (TH3 with PX5 PAPR), EN 166 2001 1 BT 9 3, EN 170:2002, EN 172:1994 +A2:2001 and EN 352-3:2002. It complies with Technical Specification EN 397:2012 +A2:2012, including optional clauses for -30⁰C Temperatures, Molten Metal MM, Lateral Deformity LD, and Electrical Properties 440v a.c.
The GVS 16-010-24-CE Radiant Heat Respirator has adjustable padding on the inside that supports the helmet ensuring it fit securely on the head, the removable headband and ratchet system guarantees a snug and comfortable fit.
The aluminised shoulder cape, top cover and rear cover protects the user from heat and sparks while the respirator protects from fumes and gas produced in the hash environment of a foundry work & welding.
