Previously under the brand of RPB the GVS 16-010-11-CE Z-Link Respirator Helmet with Zytec FR Face Seal is a versatile respirator ideal for fabrication, chemical handling and Industrial painting dependent on PAPR system.

The Z-Link Respirator is highly configurable with a plethora of optional and attachable components, including a welding visor, five lens options, five cape types, adjustable head suspension and other optional accessories.

The GVS Z-Link lets you add and remove features at will to change the set up to suit your needs.

This GVS 16-010-11-CE Z-Link Respirator Helmet Kit comes with: 

A GVS 16-711 Zytec FR Face Seal.

A GVS 16-810 Safety Lens.

A GVS 04-831 Breathing Tube.

Resilient and practical the GVS Z-Link Respirator can be used in healthcare and medical applications but is also sutible for harsh industrial settings due to its adaptable design.

One of the core features of GVS Z-link is visibility, with its large visor certified Z87+ for eye protection and a design that boasts a wide field of view and excellent downward vision. This design aims to minimize work accidents by providing a clear view of any obstacles or dangers that might be present in the worksite.

The GVS Z-Link respirator has hinges and a large lift tab to open the visor & can be operated while wearing gloves, this feature facilitates easy communication between other workers.

To evenly distribute the weight of the respirator and reduce neck strain the GVS Z-link is fitted with a padded head suspension system, the padding inside the helmet is fully adjustable with a ratchet to ensure it securely fits any head size, this design enhances user experience allowing it to be worn for longer without undue discomfort. This innovative padding system ensures the respirator helmet does not feel unsteady or loose, giving you a greater range of movement without worrying about your apparatus, allowing you to focus on your work without distraction.

The GVS 16-010-11-CE includes a face seal which grants this setup an APF of greater than 1000.

The Gray heat reflecting helmet shell of the GVS 16-010-11-CE Z-Link lowers the temperature inside the helmet for optimal comfort in hot environments.

Compatible with PAPR PX5 for safe battery powered respiration in particulate and fume filled workspaces.

The GVS Z-Link is certified to EN 12941 1998 + A2:2008 TH2 with PX5 PAPR and EN 166 2001 B T 9 3.

It complies with Technical Specification EN 397:2012 +A2:2012 and includes optional clauses -30C Temperature, Molten Metal MM, Lateral Deformity LD, and Electrical Properties 440v a.c.
