The GVS 15-018-11-EUUK RPB Z4 Battery Powered Welding Respirator Starter Kit is designed to provide comfort, clarity, and protection when undertaking welding and grinding tasks, safeguarding against fumes and particulates.

At its core, the Z4 features an innovative dual air distribution system, optimising comfort by directing 75% of airflow to your breathing zone and 25% over the grinding visor to prevent fogging, ensuring visibility.

Designed with practicality in mind, the Z4 incorporates an optically clear grinding visor and flip up welding visor, streamlining your workflow.

Clip-in shade 5 side windows enhance peripheral vision, and the package includes window blockers for customisation.

A standout feature is the ADF lens with a 1.1.1 optical quality rating, guaranteeing uniform shading and distortion-free vision. The OCV Ultra ADF provides an expansive 40% larger viewing area.

Adapting to changing conditions, the Z4 offers selectable shades (9-13) and rapid switching. Its temperature resistance, ranging from -20ºC to +50ºC, ensures consistent performance.

Weighing just 0.8kg, the lightweight headpiece, combined with the multi-adjustment head suspension system, ensures a secure, personalised fit.

Designed for various welding methods—MIG/MAG, TIG/WIG, and plasma welding and cutting (not suitable for laser or gas welding)—the GVS 15-018-11-EUUK RPB Z4 Welding Battery Powered Respirator elevates protection without compromise.

Additional features include fast, reliable switching speed of 0.1ms at 23ºC / 73ºF, optional auto delay function from dark to light (0.15 to 1 seconds), 2 sensors with an extra Ambient Light Sensor, sensitivity and optional delay adjustment on case, constant UV/IR protection, and compatibility with standard magnifying lenses.

Certified to EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 (TH2), EN 166:2001, and EN 379:2003 + A1:2009 standards.
