The Pferd PFC 115 Co-Cool Steelox Flap Disc has a 115mm diameter and a 40 grit size and is the ideal tool for cool grinding steel materials.

This high performing flap disc can achieve 13,000rpm to enable fast yet smooth stock removal.

It is particularly ideal for grinding materials that are difficult to machine including high-alloy and rust-resistant steel, nickle-based alloys and titanium alloys.

The Steelox flap disc features a self-sharpening action ceramic oxide grain to help extend its service life.

With less heat build-up than competitors flap discs, you can expect to perform clean, smooth and efficient grinding during applications such as deburring, chamfering and weld dressing.
