The PFERD 115-L Co 60 SPG Curve Steelox Flap Disc has a 115mm diameter and a 60 grit size and is the ideal tool achieving smooth finishes on steel and stainless steel.

This high performing flap disc has a curved design and can achieve 13,300rpm to enable fast yet smooth stock removal.

It is particularly ideal for grinding materials that are difficult to machine including high-alloy and rust-resistant steel, nickle-based alloys and titanium alloys.

The Steelox flap disc features a self-sharpening action ceramic oxide grain to help extend its service life.

With less heat build-up than competitors flap discs, you can expect to perform clean, smooth and efficient grinding during applications such as deburring, chamfering and weld dressing.
