The Pferd 43209011 Twist Knot Steel Wire End Brush is designed for both aggressive and medium duty brushing tasks.

The 43209011 ST end brush features a 30mm diameter and a 6mm shank for stable and effective performance. Equipped with 0.25mm steel wire filaments, this brush excels in tasks such as deburring, cleaning, derusting, descaling, and spatter removal. With a total length of 68mm and twelve wire knots, it is versatile enough to handle a range of applications.

Optimally performing between 8,000 and 11,300 RPM, the brush has a maximum RPM of 20,000. For best results, use a speed-adjustable tool drive with a minimum output of 500 watts, enabling access to hard-to-reach areas like recesses and drilled holes.

Made with Pferd special steel wire, known for its high tensile and bending fatigue strength, this brush ensures a long tool lifespan, even in extreme applications. It withstands temperatures up to 300°C and is suitable for materials such as cast iron, cast steel, and steel with a hardness greater than 54 HRC.

When mounting, ensure the 6mm shank is fully clamped into the arbor, especially at high RPMs, with a minimum clamping length of 10mm for safety.
