The Pferd 43104003 Stainless Steel Wire Crimped Wheel Brush is specifically designed for versatile surface treatment applications including cleaning, derusting, light deburring, and the removal of weld seams, corrosion, and paint. 

Made with a 50mm external diameter and a 15mm width, the 43104003 wheel brush features high quality stainless steel wire (INOX) filaments, optimised for durability and corrosion resistance. The wire is 0.2mm in diameter and is set on a 6mm diameter shank for secure mounting.

Engineered to work with a broad range of materials, from aluminium and bronze to nickel based superalloys, this wheel brush is particularly tailored for stainless steel applications. It utilises wire quality 1.4310 (V2A), a material renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, making the brush suitable for all stainless steel types. 

These INOX filaments can withstand temperatures up to 450°C and offer a high degree of flexibility, allowing for optimal adjustment to workpiece contours.

Operable at rotational speeds up to 15,000 RPM, the brush performs optimally between 6,000 and 9,800 RPM. For best results, it is advised to use a tool drive with a minimum output of 300 watts. 

Additionally, proper clamping techniques should be observed, especially when operating at high speeds, with a minimum clamping length of 10mm required for safety.
