The Pferd 43207005 Twist Knot Steel Wire End Brush is designed for both aggressive and medium duty brushing tasks.

This 43207005 brush comes with a 19 mm diameter and a 6 mm shank, ensuring stable and effective performance. Featuring 0.5 mm steel wire filaments, the brush is designed for thorough and efficient brushing. With a total length of 68 mm and six wire knots, it is engineered to handle a variety of tasks. These include deburring, cleaning, derusting, descaling, and spatter removal from surfaces.

Designed for a maximum RPM of 20,000, this brush offers optimal performance between 10,000 and 15,000 RPM. It is best operated with a speed adjustable tool drive having a minimum output of 500 watts, providing excellent access to hard to reach areas like recesses and drilled holes.

Made with Pferd special steel wire that has high tensile and bending fatigue strength, this knotted steel brush guarantees long tool life, even in extreme brushing applications. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, making it suitable for working on materials like cast iron, cast steel, and steel materials with a hardness greater than 54 HRC.

When mounting, ensure the 6 mm shank is securely clamped, particularly at high RPMs, with a minimum clamping length of 10 mm.
