This 43208026 knotted steel wire end brush features a 23 mm diameter and a 6 mm shank, engineered for stable and effective performance. Its 0.35 mm steel wire filaments ensure thorough and efficient brushing across a range of tasks including deburring, cleaning, derusting, descaling, and spatter removal.

Optimal performance is achieved between 10,000 and 15,000 RPM, with a maximum RPM of 20,000. For best results, use a speed adjustable tool drive with a minimum output of 500 watts, which facilitates access to hard to reach areas like recesses and drilled holes.

Made with Pferd's special steel wire, known for its high tensile and bending fatigue strength, this brush ensures longevity, even in extreme applications. It is heat resistant up to 300°C, making it ideal for materials like cast iron, cast steel, and steel with a hardness exceeding 54 HRC.

When mounting, ensure the 6 mm shank is securely clamped, particularly at high RPMs, with a minimum clamping length of 10 mm.
