The Pferd 21122626 Pointed Tree Shape SPG Carbine Burr Cut 3 Plus 10 x 20 x 6mm has a crosscut design that is made to efficiently remove stock form materials commonly used in the manufacturing industry.

The Cut 3 PLUS burr is ideal for use machining cast iron, steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium alloys because of its high stock removal rate.

Extremely accurate concentricity allows for impact free working and no chatter marks to damage the worked surface, this reduces wear on the drive and the tool further extending the life of the tool.

These burrs can be used with a multitude of drive type including drive spindles, flexible shaft drives, robots, stationary machines, straight grinders and tool machines. High rotation and cutting speed ensure the efficient use of the tool. Burrs with a shank diameter of 6 mm should be used with drives with a power output from 300 watts.

This pointed tree shaped burr has a flattened tip, is in acordance with DIN 8032 and the cut conforms to DIN 8033.

Recommended for use on annealed cast iron, black annealed cast iron, case hardened steels, cast iron, cast steel, cobalt alloys, grey/nodular cast iron, hard aluminium alloys, hardened, heat treated steels over 1200 N/mm², high temperature resistant materials, nickel alloys, stainless steel, steel, cast steel, tool steels and white annealed cast iron.
