The Pferd 21100526 Cylindrical Shape End Cut ZYAS Carbide Burr Cut 3 Plus 12 x 25 x 6mm is a burr designed to have a high stock removal rate and it particularly excels at machining cast iron, steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium alloys.

The geometry, cut and tungsten carbide material of this 12mm x 25mm x 6mm Burr combine to create an effective tool that provides a good stock removal rate on a multitude of materials.

These Pferd 21100526 tungsten carbide burrs are perfect for general use and are ideal for the removal of fine and coarse stock.

Cut 3 Plus teeth are designed with a crosscut pattern that makes removal of material efficient and easy, making quick work of any of the recommended metals.

The cylindrical shape of this burr is in accordance with DIN 8032 in the circumference and DIN 8033 at its end.

Pfred offer high quality tools made to have a long service life, with extremely accurate concentricity allowing for impact free working and no chatter marks to damage the surface, this reduces wear on the drive and the tool further extending the service of the tool.

High rotation and cutting speed ensure the efficient use of the tool. Burrs with a shank diameter of 6 mm should be used with drives with a power output from 300 watts.

This Pferd 21100526 burr can be used with a multitude of drive type including drive spindles, flexible shaft drives, robots, stationary machines, straight grinders and tool machines.
