Portwest PW65 Bizweld Plus Welding Helmet

The Portwest PW65 Bizweld Plus Welding Helmet has an auto-darkening function which transitions from a light to dark state when welding activity starts in order to provide optimum safety and protection.

Using the external knob, the darkness of the helmet can be adjusted from DIN 9 to DIN 13 to suit the level of darkness required for the task at hand, and the external wheel ratchet size adjuster ensures easy and secure fitting.

The Bizweld helmet can switch from a light to dark state in a super quick 0.04 milliseconds, and conversely the response time from light to dark state is between 0.03-0.04 milliseconds allowing greater user efficiency.

Power is supplied by solar cells with two integrated li-ion batteries providing back-up power to increase the helmet’s service life.

The Portwest PW65 is a very durable and cost-effective piece of equipment with a working time limit of over 5000 hours and is suitable to wear whilst carrying out a wide range of applications.
