This 40mm diameter, 20mm wide wheel is fitted with a 6mm shank and features an 80 Grit ceramic oxide abrasive layer, identified as CO-COOL type. 

Certified to ISO 3919 standards, the Pferd 44408094 mounted flap wheel adopts a radial, fan like design that excels in contouring to complex workpiece shapes. 

Its self sharpening ceramic oxide grain and active grinding additives enhance stock removal while minimising clogging and heat build up. 

For optimal performance, operate the Pferd 44408094 at 9600 RPM, using compatible grinding oil, and maintain a cutting speed of 15-20 m/s. 

Ideal for tasks like levelling and deburring, this wheel is adept at work close to edges and corners. 

Ensure a minimum 15mm clamping length and adhere to the maximum RPM for safe operation.
