The DUR181RT 18V Li-ion Cordless Line Trimmer from Makita has a well balanced tool design with angle adjustable cutting head, telescopic shaft, making it a versatile machine for trade and DIY home gardening usage. It comes complete with 1 x BL1850B Battery and DC18RC Charger.

The String trimmer is a lightweight 260mm (10-1/4") Cordless Grass Strimmer which is ideal for DIY in the garden or professional use.

Powered by a single Makita 18v lithium-ion battery which is located under the main handle, exactly at the place that plays a role of pivot point when the tool is swung like a pendulum for grass cutting. The battery location is to minimize the user's fatigue as it stop the battery getting swung around when in use.

The DUR181RT features an easy spool change assembly, 5 position pivoting head enabling the user to adjust the cutting angle which allows easy access to trimming in tight spaces.
