The brushless motor provides a maximum output power of 320W, making it a powerful and reliable pruning chainsaw for various the pruning, cutting of branches & other tasks.

The compact structure and ergonomic handle make it easy to use the cordless pruning saw with one hand. Its improved protection against dust and moisture, with XPT (Extreme Protection Technology), ensures that pruning saw remains long-lasting and durable, even in harsh environments.

The cordless brushless pruning saw from Makita features a new tool-less change and tension adjustment of the saw chain, making it easy to replace or adjust the chain without any additional tools. The automatic chain lubrication and chain oil view window ensure smooth and precise cuts with the chain being lubricated.

The moveable guard covers the upper side of the guide bar and gradually opens wider as the brusless pruning saw chain cuts deeper into the branch, and the lock-off lever is accessible from both sides for added safety. The rear hand guard and electric brake also provide additional safety measures, while soft grip ensures comfortable handling.

The Makita DUC101Z comes with a 100mm bar length and a saw chain type of 80 TXL with 26 chain links. The oil tank capacity is 55 ML, ensuring that the saw is well-lubricated during prolonged use.
