This cordless jigsaw boasts 3 orbital settings so the tool can perform a powerful and efficient cutting action through robust wood materials up to 135mm thick, as well as a straight cut setting which can be easily alternated using the change lever.
The variable speed control dial is located at the rear of the machine and allows you to change the blade speed to suit the task at hand, whilst the rigid aluminium base can bevel from 0 to 45° in left and right positions.
The DJV182Z features a soft start and a soft no load function to ensure the machine automatically reduces the motor speed during idling.
You’ll be able to see what you are doing even in poor lighting conditions thanks to the built in twin LED work lights which illuminate the surface and the integrated blower function which keeps the cut line clear of sawdust.
The tool-less blade change is extremely useful when it comes to changing hot blades, simply pull back the lever to release the blade. Handling of the machine is also comfortable and secure thanks to the soft grip, ergonomic handle.
