The Delta D66 Stud Grade Threadlock Adhesive 50ml Red a robust, high strength formular designed to deliver permanent bonding in a diverse range of industrial and automotive applications.

Delta D66 is designed to secure fasteners up to 25mm in diameter, providing a reliable hold and eliminating the need for traditional double nutting.

The stud grade threadlock adhesive has a medium viscosity and is made from Methacrylate Ester, ensuring strong bonding with a specific gravity of 1.11. It is effective across a broad temperature range, from -55°C to +150°C, suitable for various working conditions.

This anaerobic stud grade threadlock adhesive effective for permanent threadlocking tasks such as securing transmission and engine block studs, as well as valve sets, safeguarding against corrosion and leaks.

Before application of this adhesive the intended surface should be dry, clean and free of contaminants. The Thread locker should then be applied until threads are covered. The D66 is formulated to provide controlled friction and tension during its use.

The D66 high strength anaerobic thread locking compound is highly resistant to heat, vibration, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and a wide range of chemicals, making it suitable for use on machinery subjected to movement or stress.
