The Delta D77-10 Fast Cure Nut Grade Threadlock Adhesive 10ml Blue is a medium strength, fast curing, anaerobic adhesive tailored for the industrial and automotive sectors. 

Its WRAS approval marks its suitability for potable water applications. The adhesive's balanced strength allows for disassembly with standard tools, while ensuring a robust, semipermanent bond resistant to vibrational loosening and impact stresses.

The D77-10 adhesive's formulation is designed to bond and seal threads effectively, as well as to retain cylindrical components. Its high resistance to heat, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and a broad spectrum of chemicals, alongside its ability to prevent corrosion, significantly enhances the durability and longevity of assemblies.

For optimal application, ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are dry, clean, and free from contamination. Apply the nut grade adhesive in a quantity sufficient to fill the threads of the bolt, ensuring that Delta D77-10 performs best in thin bond gaps. This controlled approach is crucial for achieving the desired friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly.

Delta D77-10 is especially effective on materials with lower activity levels, such as stainless steel and various plated parts. 

It is most suitable for fasteners ranging in diameter from 6 to 20mm.
