Overview

Delta Adhesive D444 Multi Gasket Sealant 50ml Orange is a low/medium strength, high viscosity gasket sealant designed to create a solid seal between flanged connections.

This gasket sealant is for creating low pressure seals quickly and offers an effective barrier to oil, water and chemicals.

Thixotropic properties reduce the migration of the product after its application.

Delta Adhesivs D444 develops to medium strength quickly as it cures. The anaerobic gasket sealant cures in the absence of air in the close fitting metal surfaces.

The sealant is semi rigid and fast curing to create seals on joints between metal faces and flanges.

For best results, clean all surfaces (external and internal) with Delta D406 Surface Prep Cleaner and allow solvent to evaporate.

If the material is inactive metal or the cure speed is too slow spray with Delta D405 Anaerobic Activator and allow to dry.

Apply manually as a continuous bead or by screenprinting to one of the surface flanges.

Ideal for use on flanged connections in mechanical devices like gearboxes and engine castings.
