Werner products are made with high-grade materials and are designed to be durable and reliable. In addition, they are tested to meet or exceed the required standards.

All Werner products come with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. According to they type of product, the warranty period varies in length as per the below:

• A 10 year guarantee applies across Werner Professional EN131 ladders, roof ladders, retail and warehouse steps.
• A 5 year guarantee applies across Werner Non-Professional EN131 ladders, EN14975 loft ladders, work platforms, step stools, telescopic ladders, telescopic towers and access towers.
• A 1 year guarantee applies across all accessories.

The guarantee information can be found on the product packaging.

There is no need to register your product to activate your guarantee, simply keep your receipt and if you need to make a claim please contact Werner directly.

The Werner warranty includes faults arising from defects in workmanship or materials, and excludes faults arising from:

• Ordinary wear and tear of the product
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product
• Damage caused by failure to comply with all written warnings and instructions for the product
• Damage caused by an attempted repair of the product
