This Union Fire Door Kit comes with a latch but no deadbolt or other hardware for locking, therefore it is not advisable to use this kit in areas where security is necessary.

The J-FDK-LATCH is ideal for FD30 and FD60 timber doors and has been tested to ensure it complies with fire safety standards and can be used on doors to secure rooms and help slow the spread of fires within a building.
