You will receive your one hour window on the day of delivery once the DPD driver has scanned all the parcels onto the van, this is normaly by 12 noon but road traffic conditions or at certain times of the year like Christmas when all courier services are under heavy work loads your parcel may arrive later in the day.
That's fine, DPD will automatically try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you're not in. Not everyone gets on with their neighbours, so if you want to tell DPD your preferred neighbour, or a safe place at your property you can do that too.
To change to a different delivery address, please contact Scott Direct via email on webadmin@scott-direct.com or you can call us on 01786 445100.
You can't change your timeslot but you can still get your parcel. DPD can leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop or change the delivery date provided the sender has not instructed DPD to get a signature.
You are spoilt for choice with DPD! You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop, or go to the local DPD depot to pick it up.
