The Makita RT0702CX4 Router & Laminate Trimmer 230V is a powerful machine with a compact and lightweight design featuring a durable die-cast aluminium body.

An upgraded version of the previous model the Makita ROP0700CX4 Router & Laminate Trimmer.

Perfect for use on a range of applications due to its variable speed control feature, this router & trimmer can be used for edge milling, forming, trimming and decorative work as well as slot cutting.

It can also be used with various laminated woods and veneers.

The router can reach an impressive no load speed of up to 34000rpm and provides a constant rotating speed (even under load condition) that ensures a quick and clean finish every time.

In addition it features lockable precision depth adjustment and can be operated with 6mm or 8mm collets & router cutters.

The Makita RT0702CX4 has a simple and effective base lock system and a body grip for ease of operation.
