Makita DML805 18V Li-ion LXT Cordless or 110V LED Work Light

The Makita DML805 is a mobile LED worklight that can be powered by either a 14.4V/18V LXT battery or 110V AC mains supply.

Designed to provide improved visibility in dimly lit or nocturnal settings, the worklight boasts 20 x 0.6W LEDs, delivering bright and even light with minimal heat output.

It features 2-mode operation via a practical push button that allows you to switch between high mode, low mode, and off settings depending on your needs.

The worklight's LED configuration produces 750 lumens on high mode - emitting an impressive 300lx illuminance at a distance of 1m - and 450 lumens on low mode.

In addition, the DML805 can be vertically adjusted to any angle thanks to its 360° degree free rotation design, allowing you to perfectly position the light to suit the job in hand.

When plugged into a 110v transformer, a 2.5m power supply cord allows for a decent positioning range and can be conveniently stored away using the integrated AC cord storage hooks.

When powered by an LXT battery, the DML805 has a battery capacity warning which alerts the user to a reduction in battery capacity by lowering the brightness of the light.

A fully charged 5.0Ah battery will provide up to 8.5 hours of runtime on high mode and an impressive 17 hours on low mode, while a 3.0Ah battery will last up to 5 hours on high mode.

When both are in use, AC power will take priority, ensuring the battery is not drained when the worklight is plugged into the mains.

Makita XPT - eXtreme Protection Technology - designed for outdoor applications or harsh environments, it provides increased protection for the circuitry from dust and dripping water.

Another handy feature is the worklight's tripod mount, which allows it to be paired with a tripod or clamp (sold separately) should the needs of the job require it.

The DML805 is compatible with the following batteries: BL1415, BL1415N, BL1430, BL1440, BL1450, BL1815, BL1815N, BL1820, BL1830B, BL1840B & BL1850B.
