Loctite 577 Thread Stud Sealant 50ml

The Loctite 577 Thread Stud Sealant 50ml is a general purpose sealant for all coarse metal threads. The sealant will give an instant low pressure seal.

Loctite 577 is a medium strength liquid based pipe thread sealant that can be used for a variety of applications such as oil tanks, boilers, valves and compression fittings, it's suitable for use on both parallel and taper threads.

When this Stud Sealant is applied it provides an instant low-pressure seal but when cured will be able to withstand higher pressures of up to 500 bar.

Additionally, the 577 has good chemical and thermal resistance characteristics we recommend only using this sealant on low-pressure systems.
