What warranty do I get with Werner products?

Werner offers different warranty terms depending on the type of product:

Professional (EN131) ladders, roof ladders, retail & warehouse steps are covered by a 10 year warranty.

Non-Professional (EN131) ladders, loft ladders (EN14975), work platforms, step-stools, telescopic ladders, fall protection, access towers are covered by a 5 year warranty.

Accessories are usually covered by a 1 year warranty.

You don't need to register your product to take full advantage of the warranty, but you will need to present proof of purchase. If you need to make a claim, please contact Werner directly. You can submit a form or find other ways to contact them here.

Werner's warranty covers faults arising from defects in workmanship or materials except for:

- Ordinary wear and tear of the product.
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product.
- Damage caused by failure to comply with all written warnings and instructions for the product.
- Damage caused by an attempted repair of the product.
