Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, to UK mainland on orders over £50 ex VAT.

When will my item be shipped?

Items marked as "In Stock" placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.

Can I modify my delivery schedule?

For most of our shipments, customers should receive text and/or email notifications from the courier. They can use these links to amend their delivery preferences.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we have next day delivery to the UK mainland on items marked “In Stock” when ordered before 3pm, Monday to Thursday.

How do I track my delivery?

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and text so you can follow its progress.
