My first order discount code isn't working.

When you sign up to our newsletter, you should receive a welcome email that includes a discount code you can use when you place your first order with Scott Direct.

Before using the code, make sure to create an account with us and that you are logged in when applying the code to your cart or at checkout.

If the code is still not being applied, it may mean that the item you are trying to purchase is not in stock. The code is only applicable to items marked in green as In Stock or in yellow as Last X Remaining.

If you are logged in and the item is showing as in stock and you still have issues with the code, please send us a message via the contact form, and we'll be happy to assist.
