How long does it take to process a refund?

Refund processing times depend on the original payment method used. Orders paid using PayPal are usually processed on the same day, while credit or debit card payments can take 2-7 business days, depending on the bank's internal processing speeds.

We will always let you know once an order has been refunded. If you have sent us a return, please allow 2-3 days from the delivery date for us to process the refund.
