Can I modify my delivery schedule?

We use DPD's next working day service for most of our deliveries. Customers should receive text and/or email notifications once their order has shipped and should be able to use the links provided to change their delivery preferences. DPD offer several options: customers can change the date of their delivery, ask for the parcel to be left with a neighbour or deliver to a DPD pick up point for later collection. Note that DPD are unable to leave the parcel in a safe place, so please do arrange an alternative option to ensure your parcel gets delivered. 

Please note that large or heavy parcels might not be allowed at pick up shops, with restrictions in place for parcels larger than 1m or heavier than 20kg.
