The Evolution R300DCT 300mm Electric Disc Cutter 110V is a powerful, accurate and reliable machine with an impressive no load speed of 4400rpm and an incredible cut capacity of 115mm, making it one of the deepest cutting 300mm machines available.
*Please note that this is the 110v version of the R300DCT Disc Cutter, designed for use on building sites. The 110v version requires a minimum of a 3.3KVA transformer for use. If you are looking for the 240v version for home use, please click here.
The Evolution R300DCT is the new improved larger capacity disc cutter that takes over from the previous model - Evolution EVOEDC.
Ideal for cutting concrete, stone, brick, paving and many other materials with its diamond blade, the R300DCT has a lightweight design and provides total control due to its ergonomic handles and optimised weight distribution. In addition, the design improves user posture which reduces fatigue and makes it safer to use.
Its powerful high torque 1600W electric motor guarantees effortless cutting and makes light work of all types of masonry, including reinforced concrete. In addition, it boasts Power Protect technology which shelters internal components from dust and water ingress.
This protection, which exceeds European standards, includes a double insulated motor coil, a unique fan system which increases airflow through the motor for better cooling, and built-in drainage holes, as well as specially designed air vents that prevent water and debris from entering the motor housing.
The R300DCT boasts practical safety features such as soft start, blade brake and a large adjustable blade guard which protects the user from flying debris as well as optimising dust collection. In addition, it has a built-in dust port with rubber cap for easy vacuum attachment.
Its super handy reinforced wheeled skid plate makes long low-level cutting a breeze, and its raised angle enables you to set the machine down with confidence, even when the blade is still spinning after the cut.
The R300DCT comes complete with its very own multi-tool for making all potential adjustments - including easy blade changes. The tool is stored on-board the machine for quick and easy access.
In addition, it features a reversible flange, making it compatible with both 20mm and 22.2mm bore diamond blades.
