DuPont Tychem 2000 C TCCHA5TYL00 Hooded Coverall

DuPont™ Tychem® 2000 C TCCHA5TYL00 is a standard hooded coverall designed for optimal protection in various industrial environments. 

Made from a durable yet lightweight Tychem® 2000 C fabric weighing less than 450g per garment, it harnesses the robustness of Tyvek® combined with a polymeric barrier coating. This ensures reliable permeation barrier protection against a plethora of inorganic chemicals and biological hazards, even under pressurised conditions.

The coverall features stitched and over taped seams for durability. It offers a secure fit with elastication at the wrists, ankles, face, and waist, thumb loops, and a self adhesive chin flap. The double zipper flap further enhances protection.

This Tychem® 2000 C coverall is presented in a bright yellow, ensuring high visibility. It is available in sizes ranging from Small to 3XL. 

Industries such as pulp and paper manufacturing, food processing, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing commonly employ this coverall for splash or pressurised splash protection.

In terms of certification, DuPont™ Tychem® 2000 C TCCHA5TYL00 aligns with regulation (EU) 2016/425 and is classified under chemical protective clothing, Category III. 

It meets the Type 3-B, 4-B, 5-B, and 6-B criteria. Furthermore, it complies with EN 14126, offering a barrier to infective agents, and EN 1073-2 for protection against radioactive contamination. 

The hooded coverall also undergoes an antistatic treatment on the inside, adhering to EN 1149-5 standards.
