The 3 year warranty guarantee does not apply where:

• Repairs have been made or attempted by others
• Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear
• The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
• Alterations have been made to the tool

• Quality - The technicians that carry out the repairs are trained by the DeWalt Service training team, and all work is backed by a 90 day warranty. Each DeWalt repair comes with our personal “satisfaction tag” listing all the work done, and a DeWalt contact number should you be less than 100% happy with the repair.
• Genuine Parts - All parts used in repairs are genuine DeWalt Parts, ensuring the highest quality.

Service Centre Locations

Normally you will be asked to take the faulty item to your nearest DeWalt Agent but if you are further than 10 miles away from an agent they will arrange to have your item collected by carrier. The warranty is valid anywhere in Europe but not beyond. There are Service Agents in all major European countries to carry out repairs.

For faulty items, please call DeWalt on 01753 567055 and they will advise the best course of action. DeWalt also offer a collection service for the tool if a fault is diagnosed.

*Excludes Fastening Tools e.g. Nailers, Powder Impact tools, Batteries and Chargers, Compressors and generators.
