This router is optimised by Dewalt's powerful brushless motor that is designed to increase the tool’s runtime and performance and can deliver a maximum no load speed of 27,000rpm so that the user can confidently tackle the most challenging applications.

The aluminium motor housing can be quickly transitioned to the supplied fixed base attachment or it can easily be switched to the plunge base attachment with an integrated fine tune rod for precise depth adjustment, adding to the versatility of the machine.

Its spring loaded release tabs allow for efficient and easy removal from each base and the integrated dust extraction on each base enables the user to maintain a dust-free and tidy workspace.

The user can execute both stepped and repeated plunge cuts using this tool thanks to the adjustable turret with 5 different positions, and the large spindle lock with 12 positions makes single wrench bit or accessory changes quick and simple.

The Dewalt DCW604NT has dual LED lights located underneath the body of the router to help increase visibility of the workpiece so the user can carry out precise work.

Additional features include a ¼″ collet diameter, electric brake for increased control and safety, a variable speed control function to enhance bit speed when changing applications, and a soft start mode with full-time electronic feedback which helps to minimise movement of the tool during start up.

This compact and lightweight router from Dewalt has been designed with a rubberised soft grip coating for increased durability and user comfort and is supplied with a TSTAK case for easy transportation and storage.
