Delta Adhesives D406 Surface Preparation Spray Cleaner 400ml

The Delta D406 Surface Preparation Aerosol Spray Cleaner 400ml is an essential prebonding surface preparation cleaner spray, expertly designed for the thorough degreasing and cleaning of substrates or surfaces. 

Delta's D406 spray cleaner composition ensures the removal of grease and contaminants, thus fostering optimal surface adhesion & bonding.

Ideal for preparing all metal and selected composite materials, D406 complements Delta's high performance bonding adhesives to establish a superior bond.

To use, simply spray the cleaner directly from the container onto all the surfaces intended for bonding. Use a lint free cloth to wipe away any residues.

It is crutial to allow the Delta Adhesives D406 aerosol to fully evaporate before proceeding with adhesives & the materials to be bonded. 

Use in well ventilated areas and away from sources of heat or possible ignition. 

The D406 spray cleaner is unsuitable for use on soft plastics and foaming products due to its solvent nature, which may cause damage to these materials.
