Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, to UK mainland on orders over £50 ex VAT.
When will my item be shipped?
Items marked as "In Stock" placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.

What is your returns policy?
Should you require to return any product you can within 28 days of the day of receipt of your goods.
I received a faulty or incorrect item, what do I do?
Please contact us at webadmin@scottdirect.com with your order number and photographs of the item and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refund processing times depend on the original payment method used. Orders paid via PayPal are usually processed on the same day, while credit or debit card payments can take 2-7 business days, depending on the bank's internal processing speeds.

What warranty do I get and for how long?
All Evolution single circular saw blade machines and magnetic drills are covered with 3 years limited warranty. All other Evolution power tools are covered with 2 years limited warranty.
Do I need to register the tool to get the warranty?
You do not need to register your product for the warranty to be valid. However, doing so will make things much quicker and easier if you do need to make a claim.
What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not cover blades & accessories. Common exclusions include normal wear & tear; misuse, negligent use, or use contrary to instructions; use of non-genuine components; accidental damage.
Where can I get spares or parts?
You should always purchase spare parts from Evolution directly, as using any non-authorised parts will void the machine's warranty.
What’s the difference between “RAGE” and “FURY” machines?
RAGE machines are optimised for the professional/serious DIY user, while FURY machines are optimised for the DIY market where moderate/irregular use is expected.
Should I purchase the 110v or 240v version?
240v machines are suitable for home DIY and professional workshops, while 110v machines are suitable for site use, providing improved safety due to reduced electric shock risk.
Which saw blade should I use?
If you work mostly with one specific material, choose one of Evolution's application specific blades for superior cutting performance. If you want the convenience of being able to cut multiple materials without changing the blade, then Evolution's multi-material technology blade is the best choice.
