Trend H/JIG/C Hinge Jig Skeleton 2 Part + Case

The H/JIG/C Hinge Jig Skeleton from Trend is an adjustable portable template set made up from 2 pieces designed for recessing hinges in wooden frames and doors with the aid of a router.

This Hinge Jig Skeleton is user friendly and extremely easy to use. The H/JIG/C ensures minimal setting-up time, which allows the job to be successfully completed accurately and quickly.

It is the ideal equipment for fitting a new door into an old frame. Additionally, the H/JIG/C is suitable for timber based doors and square butt hinges.

To be compatible with fire door requirements and renovation work, the tool has been designed with fully adjustable apertures.

Trend’s Hinge Jig Skeleton is ideal for use on-site and in joinery shops to increase productivity with excellent results.

The Trend H/JIG/C Jig is supplied with a carry bag, bradawls and a special 16mm guide bush.

The recommended Trend router cutters for use with the jig are Refs. 3/8LX1/4TC, TR12X1/4TC or C019AX1/4TC.

The cutters must have a 12.0mm diameter and a minimum overall length of 70mm.
